my character Suyi (lvl30 infi, AT stealth) is bugged since three weeks and i cant seem to reach the support. My char lost 135 skillpoints after training followed by a game crash. After i logged on again, my skills where resetted to the point before the training but my skillpoints were not given back.

I already tried /callgm several times without a reply. I tried to pm 3 staff people without a reply and opened a thread in the german support forum with no staff reply.

I really appriciate the hard work of the staff, but no reply since three weeks makes me a little worried if my char will stay this way forever ...

I see all those events goings on day by day and accounts get banned very often, so the staff is active. But where is the support for people who need help?

Please do a /callgm until you get a hold of a GM, we however need a developer to fix this bug so this might be why you have not received a response.

Thanks for the reply Trishin, but i just cant get in touch with a gm with the callgm command. It always says something like this:

"request got recorded and if you do not get an immedent reply please be patient"

And i dont just write "hello". I state my request in a proper way.

My character is still buggy, almost 4 weeks now

either that or you forgot that you should be auto-training stealth, so now claim that your character is "bugged" to get the points assigned by a gm.

Is it possible to check whether a character did genuinely lose skill points, as I've never come across this issue before on Uthgard in the 3 years I've been on it.

I'm not saying you are doing this, but GM's effectively giving out free "respecs" to people who make bad leveling choices with Auto-train is not fair to those players who made bad choices that don't auto train.

Here is a screenshot that proves that i really lost 135 skillpoint:



I am lvl30 so i should have a total of skillpoints 1133

7 stealth from autotrain => 0 skillpoints
28 thrust => 405 skillpoints
25 dual wield => 324 skillpoints
22 envenom => 252 skillpoints

So i spent 405 + 324 + 252 = 981 skillpoints.

I have 17 skillpoint not distributed.

That means my current total skillpoints are 998.

I should have 1133 skillpoint but only have 998.

That means i am missing 1133 - 998 = 135 skillpoints.

Even if i were not stealth autotrain (but i am) and skilled those 7 stealth (27 skillpoints) i would have too few total skillpoint.

I hope that proves that i am not trying to fool anybody and my char is really buggy.

This problem is rare but can occur, and as Trishin stated, it requires a developer to resolve it. Please just hang in there.

got a similar bug on my reaver QQ
havent been playing it for years until some months ago, now i'm 49 and i miss 14 points
i'm specced 46 flex 42shield 41 soul 6 parry atm with 31 rest points, but i should have 45
was planning to spec 50flex 42 shield 41soulrend 6 parry, calculated with char plan, specced the 6 parry for leveling allready now i won't have enough points for 50 flex
