i remember a guild house cant trade to another guild and if a leader remake a new guild he has a problem

but whats happent if all guild members/leaders left the guild, so nobody is left?

did get the house owner his house back?
if owner get it back can it trade to a new guild?

We've disbanded the guild and are merging with another one that doesn't have a guildhall. Can we give our guildhall to the new guild?
While you can set your guildhouse's permissions to allow members of your new guild to enter and access your guildhall's resources, it is not possible to transfer ownership of it. Your guildhall will always be the guildhall of the guild that originally placed it. The guildhall belongs to the guild and is controlled by Rank 0 characters, but is not owned by any one character.

i guess this house will stay as long as some money is left in the guild bank
if money is gone, it will make poooof

i think the same, may be it go back to house owner and can transer to a new guild

a gm proof would be very good

demolish the old house and build a new :P

afaik a guildhouse cannot be transferred back to a player

Same on live.. thats why we left one bb char in the old guild with rang 0 :) so he can hold the house as 2. house on his account
here bbs are not allowed.. but its np to reroll a toon for it :)
