Hib Account changes to "Mid" after Reboot

Following the reboot I tried logging in and end up with all "Empty" character slots. Upon looking at the possible char-creation choices, I seem to be stuck looking at a "Midgard" view. When I try clicking the "Realm" button, nothing happens. Prior to the reboot I was connecting just fine to this character. Note: My character is Hibernian, there are no other characters of other realms on this account, I made sure I am connecting to the correct server (Uthgard), the User/PW is correct. I already set up the Account Email by character of which I later deleted. My user and account only contains numbers and letters (No special characters). The character I created is still listed on the Herald. Anyone else ever experience this? Would the "Account Recovery" help resolve this? @ GM's, I wouldn't mind remaking the character and account at all if you delete the toon so I could have the name again.
