Unable to load char after 100% loading.. :(

Hi All,

I need help on this. Recently, I was in DF but I got disconnected. When I try to reconnect, I fell thru the map somehow and died. I
I /released by after the loading screen reaches 100%, my char will not load. I tried reconnect from DAoC Portal and selecting the character again and still can't load after 100%.

Anyone please assist me on this, GMs or experienced players..

I tried making a new character to seek online help but after character creation, error says I'm unable to connect to server.. :(
