Heya guys,

After not playing Daoc for 4 years or so, i've returned. However immediately i've got a problem.

I downloaded the full client @ the DaoC website, downlaoded DaoC Portal, made a forum account here, and an actual seperate account at the portal. However when the client starts up, it stops loading at the last moment of the bar and I get ''hit esc to exit game''

Other then that, it's currently saying its V1.112. But another thing taht caught my attention is, the fact that every time i try re-starting it, it gives different expansions as screen. First it was the latest expansion, now its ToA, etc. Keeps changing.

Did you install the mods ? Available here
Did you replace your game.dll by the one of version 1.109 (available here) ?

For expansion splash screen, it's normal.

I downloaded the Mod and put it in my mod folder, didnt see the dll file tho, ill try

Can you please tell us (or at least me) if the game works well with this replacement. Some new players said they have huge lag after doing this.
I'm not sure that this replacement is the real right way to do. In the normal way, you should have patched your daoc installation from DOL, but it seems it doesn't work anymore.

Only copy ? Didn't you apply them from portal ?

Everything is working fine for me, just noticed I have to add a crafting thing to this.
