Does +Dex affect the chance to evade sufficiently?

Not in DoL, and not on Uthgard. But if i understand well, there's a lot of reseach works already done for Uthgard.

And what about block/parry/miss chance? How is the formula is on uthgard? :o
There was a time when Uthgard 1.0 existed and maaaany toons and arrpees arose... but now:

never played wow in my whole life, but i'm sure i read that somewhere...dunno when and why or where but i'm sure of that...that source could be wrong ofc :)
