This is probably a Library internet issue, but just checking. This problem only happens at one library so was just looking for suggestions. I can connect, I can load into my character select screen. I can choose a character. However once I select load the character the loading bar never goes away and I'm stuck.

It's odd that they would block only the loading into the game and not the character selection screen.

Your not patched correctly. Download the Daoc Eu Patch and make sure to do your Mods in the Mods Manager. See if that works!
