Buggy Character Creation

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem or not, but me and a couple rl friends started playing on Uthgard and something we noticed was the character creation screen was buggy for all 3 of us. A majority of the faces are blank (white) and you can't adjust about half of the sliders, even if you randomize it. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is a way to fix it?

I was just told in game that creating ... see if it is fixed... if not delete then do it again until you get an unbroken character that you can modify is working... havn't tested this yet.

I got a problem related to character customization. I wanted to change the aspect (eyes, face, beard) on my main character. When I do it the changgeas are effective until i quit and log again. On relog the character lose every customization I make, returning to his previous aspect.
Is it possibile to change the aspect of an already existing character on Uthgard? |
