LD issues

I have a problem that started right at the same time POC came online. I go LD all the time no what the number of players are online. Before POC i never went LD or had lag issues. I have a new computer (quad4, 31. with 6 gig's of ram and a HD card. also Bell ultra 7mbps connection speed). Is there anything i can do to get rid of this, make it very hard to play this when you go LD all the time.

I don't know what POC is, or stands for - but I've been having disconnect issues as well. It's very annoying - especially while in group and my pet is tanking.

I'm definitely playing on Uthgard as Yakyakyakyakyak, but I've been having connection issues since the patch. Yesterday was terrible, but last night wasn't so bad. I don't know what was different.

Try again today, maybe it was database related. I did a change.

Happened twice in the past hour. Also, when I try to reload, it hangs at 95% load and then says it can't connect.

Hang is no lag. I have some players which have recently created characters with invalid race. Don't know how that can happen but it will lead to the whole account not being able to login. Maybe they tried to connect with 1.110 or 1.111 and packets have significant changed. That will lockup the whole account. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

I've been having LD issues for a couple weeks now as well. Just periodic LDs all the time. It is noticably worse at peak times however.
It's fairly consistent every 1-3 hours. When it happens I can generally be sure it wont happen again for a while, excluding peak times. One thing I noticed in the past couple days is many of the LDs come as a double lag spike. I'll lag once but recover, then lag again about 5-10 seconds later and LD. Also, when playing with a friend they note that they also lag when I LD, although they don't usually LD themselves. |
