Stun Immunity after perfect rezz

Hey, we were just fighting a trio Hibs Bard Druid BM.
We killed bard while caststunned, he got PR2 from Druid, i casted stun on rezzed Bard but it said: target cant get effect yet again? this is not working as implented, is it? |

I´m the bard.
Usualy the immunity goes on after your dead, so if you get rezzed soon enough, you should still have immunity. |
