Hey fairly new to Uthgard. I'm looking for any/all information on reskins such as what options(if any) there are and how to get them and how to use them.

Only handed out via Events.
Available till TOA Skins and kinda rare like events.
An Event is no Reskin guarantee for the 1 who might win out of the 1k Players....
