M8ty i ve calculated cap dmg with PA onlive in 1st post and its huge if u look , i dont have a ns to check cap dmg for PA on uthg to see if its true what u r saying, yet its not the cap dmg that i QQ about, its the actual dmg they make . Cap PA dmg can be calculated like i did in my first post .

Im not going to claim the damage is lower or higher for critstrike on Uthgard comapred to live.

However, even if it is higher, I think it should stay that way since critstrikes are completely random. (Refering to the from stealth ones) I REALLY REALLY wish I had a licensed version of fraps so I could record a session ofmy gaming. Just 2 days ago I had 3 occasions where targets were clearly in the proper set up.

2 Seperate (1 sham, 1 healer) were standing still, not moving. When I attempted to perf, it claimed they werent in view, but my offhand swung..... huh?

3rd toon was a ranger climbing a ladder. I was on the ledge facing the ladder, and when I tried to backstab him... IN THE BACK, it said I failed to perform it properly. Ive not had that problem on live, ever. If styles only work 65% of the time they should, then the damage they do should be big, especially given the fact they are 1 time deals, and ify ou miss, youre at huge disadvantage than if they worked right.

On a totally unrelated note, Glacius, I noticed you talked to Galadrial (or whatever his name is) the skald. Since we arent allowed to badmouth people on these forums, Id just like you to tell him what the albs ARENT saying. No one is saying "Wow that guy sure is a good player. What with all those xp'ers hes farmed, and all the times HES started a fight then Sos'd away... hes got to be the best."

If you cant PA its your problem i ve seen players like Muerte, Seppel ,Tristaluna and others who do pull off PA s, and i will not accept PA doing with 25% + more dmg here then on live ..because thats how the numbers are .

OFFTOPIC : About Galandriel skald ..yes i talked with him because his guild adds fights even when i had a 1 vs 1 in Odin's and they are actually proud of it,they also managed to ban 2-3 players who got ****** off cause of their adding and on top of that they got the nerve to ask what happended with the banned players when they see you ..so stay calm ..mids dont like em either :) because they show no skill and honor.

I dont think you read my post carefully Glacius. I said the targets were standing still and not moving. I was standing directly in front of them. I was perfing on live at about 90-95% of moving targets. Theres no reason why I get "target not in view" errors but my offhand swings. This isnt a failure to perform it properly. If I backstabbed someones face, thats my problem, if I perf an unmoving target who is facing me but I fail because he is not in view.... Id have to point the finger elsewhere on that one.

I get target not in view often when playing casters and hunter when target is clearly in view. Target is not moving and I have stopped moving as well.

I can reproduce this bug on dummies in Jord. I tend to think anything like this has to do with my crappy ISP I get pings 500ms- 2000ish ms.

When on uth u backstab for 470 dmg with no variance and on live for 330 max with variance until 240 , its caled overpowered not good.

ok, if you have determined the style used based entirely on the message *Your movement is slowed* then, check right above it, you will notice he is diseased which also slows movement.

What is the condition of the 2 armor pieces hit in the first screen shot?

Is it possible you swapped gloves out for haste charge?

Lots of possibilities here...this reminds me of assassin cries on live at release, from peeps running around with no melee resists, in dropped gear, unbuffed, demanding assassin nerfs.
