PD working same for casters and archers?

I ve heard rumors how that Phisical defence RA is not working as intended for casters, only works for archers, any1 that has the RA can tell us if its true? i remember hiting casters with my bersy and i know that i could tell who had PD ..but i m never calculated the exact % as i never knew what pd he has.

I heard the moon is made of cheese? Works just fine for casters as well.
