Hey all - in my ventures back into DAoC - I've created 3 accounts - for obvious reasons.

Only problem is, I get my PW wrong quite alot. Apparently, I made it so good I forget it at times.
When I request a new Password - it never comes anymore. It has before, but not anymore (perhaps due to the server crash?)

Anyhow, back to topic. For those of you that have changed your password before ... it sends you a token to your email. Ok, I got that.
But, when trying to change my password in game - just tells me my Token is wrong - every time. Quite annoying.... Is there a guide anywhere? Maybe I'm missing something? It's quite nub to ask this I know, but seriously, i'm just that irritated with 1) my own fault for ****** passwords & 2) this process is just really becoming slightly irritating for me

I cannot change my password, nor my email currently. Do not receive the emails with the tokens attached.

Hey Bart - I think it has something to do with the server being down or something maybe right now.

Well how long will it be until it's back up??

Can't set email, change pw, anything. Says that "an error occured while processing this request, please contact game support"

same here , seems the email server from uthgard dont work . cant set up email or password .. we need info on that plz

Samething for me, i wanted to change my password and i receveid an email but did not work. Now, my orignal password do not work and the password i wrote do not work too... So, I can not play and if I use Account recovery, i do not receveid emails !
