account banned from this server type???

hey :)

i have not played for a while like 2 - 3 years or so.
when i try to log in, it wont let me.
the game starts, but stops in the login precedure, and i get this message: "your account is banned from this server type"

there is no record of my account being banned on the forums.
what does it mean and how can i be able to log in again ?
