just started playing this game today, and I wouldn't have even known there was a problem, but I also have a friend over here who is playing as well.

When I start the game it goes straight to the character select screen for Albion, I can actually get into the game with no crashes and no problems, so that's not my issue.


I can't switch over to the other realms, I've tried deleting my character, making a character, restarting many times.. etc. Nothing. It just seems like my realm button is broken. My computer meets all of the specs, and plays the game fine besides the realm button having no response except to highlight.

I didn't think anything too absurd about this, but he also has more options when he goes to customize his character, whereas I only have 3 options. Face, Height, and hair color (maybe another I can't remember), he gets other options such as facial features.


I would try another install, but I actually installed this yesterday to the same problem, and ended up formatting my computer due to graphics card complications today, so I've done 4 different installs of the game, 3 on mine, and 1 on his. I don't know what I did different, but his seems to be a superior version to mine.


note: I followed "how to connect" every step.

well, it's been 10 minutes since my post, and I've come up with a fix. Well, not really a fix. I just logged in under a new account, and all the glitches that I was experiencing weren't on the new one.

in case the account I was using was corrupt and anyone who matters would like to check it out, the username is the same as mine on these forums.

Only 1 realm per account is supported. Making a new account is the required procedure for this.

As for the character customise options, sounds to me like you're using classic char models which have alot less customisability. You can change to catacombs models in the game options.
