i skilled 29 in Enchantments with my Enchanter to get the "Enchanted Armor"

but when i want to cast it, it says: not implemented yet on this server

will it change onetime?

You should have asked someone before :/ I have met some Enchanters already that were actually Mana/Ench or Ench only specced.

It's not working, yes. And there is no way the fix comes the next week :lol: Just go Mana like every other Ench has to :/
