Hi, i just won this object at Trifekta: fire red weaponpolish.

I guess it is a custom color for weapons, am i right?

If so, must it be applied by an alchemist or is it in everyone's range?

Where can i see the exact color it will paint over the weapons?

Any rough estimate about its value?

I want to trade it but interested people always ask me to see exact final color and i can only
answer "Fire red "
