"unacceptable behavior" .... "unacceptable behavior" Could anyone define that? Or is it just a ban reason for sarcasm/humor/bad mood? I would be happy about some answers

This includes but is not excluded to: §1.3 Player obligations Players have the obligation to only connect and play on the Uthgard server within the Uthgard ruleset.
§2.3 Staff authority The authority of the Uthgard staff is unimpeachable in all community parts. Staff decisions are to be followed and not to be discussed. Violations may result in punishments. In serious cases they may even result in a permanent ban.
§2.7 Behavior towards the staff A player has to show basic respect towards members of staff. Any insults or threats against members of staff will result in punishments. Misleading or lying to a member of staff will also result in punishments.
§2.11 Penalty calculation - "second instance" The penalty calculation and decision are in the free discretion of the acting staffmember. This includes the kind of punishment as well as the duration. If you do not agree with the penalty, you have to talk to the acting member of staff about the matter. If this does not help, you may contact the administration as “second instance”. Write an email to nayru [at] uthgard-server.net or send a private message in the forum. You may not post or discuss the problem in the IRC, forum or other community parts. Such behavior won't be tolerated and will be punished.
§2.12 Negative behavior on the gameserver or in other community parts In a case of negative behavior of a player on the gameserver or in other parts of the Uthgard community, the staff has the right to take actions without a written rule that prohibits the behavior/action. The staff has the right to punish the acting player if necessary.
§2.14 Account-relatedness of punishments In case of a rule violation, all accounts of the player who violated the rule will be affected, regardless of the kind or duration of the punishment.
§3.1 Ingame behavior between players Players have to abstain from using insults, harassing, threats, compromisings and spam. This especially includes racist, nationalistic, ethnic, religious and sexistic harassments. It is not allowed to defame someone abouthis disabilities and origins. Violations of the rule will be punished and can result in permanent bans.
§4.3 Consequences of punishments in other community parts Negative behavior of a player in one community part may effect the player in other community parts of Uthgard as well (forum, IRC, gameserver). This means for example that a negative behavior in the forum may have effects on the ingame account of the player as well.
This is just to name a few of the rules that is in effect regarding the ban of Winkz

Celi you might as well drop this one. Winkz have shown that he has no place on Uthgard with his behavior plenty of times. This last sarcasm / bad behavior was just the tip of the iceberg which gave him the perm ban.
Nothing more to discuss.

Srsly he is not funny at all but flaming like hell. He deserved a perma ban and i am happy playing w/o him. I think he can ve a lot of fun on Domini or Faith server, the community there matches more his style. Win win for all.

Winkz was just a irc flamer who didn't get anything done ingame, so he did what he could do best - flaming either ingame or irc. Hence I'm really happy and ask myself how it could take that long to give him a one way ticket to faith / dominivm
