problem with starter quest (ALB)

I am stuck on step 14,wich says: " Listen to Master Frederick give you details...... " When i interact with master Frederick,he do not say anything to me. I tried relog,but nothink happened. I run on 1.109 rollbacked to 1.104.

Now reward is not interesting for me,but i just want finish it
