I`m not sure whether its a Bug or if my client ist completely *broken*

I normally do the first few levels through starter quests on a new toon. After i updated my client to 1.109, i got some very weird symbols, wenn i try to get the rewards for this quest. At Level 4, i started the *Beginning of War* (Hib) Quest - did all the running and killing ... and then:

Like u can see, all those icons and Delve infos are completely *rubbish* and at this point i can`t even choose a reward to end the quest.

Not a big thing thou, but somewhat annoying ...

Any suggestions ?

Edith: I already tried disabling the custom ui, rebooting etc. etc.
