How do you sell a house here?

I bought the house title and went to the house and tried to hand it to the person, but it ssaid " you cant trade that" ... so I tried bringing up a trade window by having him hand me money first, but when I drop the title in the window, it says "You have to start a trade to sell a house..." Please help!
