Dear Support,
I just recently downloaded this game again and decided to play it with some of my friends. I had patched to 1.107 and tried to guess the password to my previous accounts multiple times and I didn't succeed and decided to create a new account. It worked at first, but then I went to guess my password again some more and now I was "banned from this server type". Thinking there was something wrong with my client I decided to load up my Mythic Patcher and it took me to 1.108 which was rolled out this morning. Now I'm getting a Service not available and this issue is present for my friends too.

Why do we get a ban if we log in with a wrong password too often?
Unfortunately this is the only chance to counter attacks from account hijackers. Everytime an ip address gets banned, the server logs this and notifies us about the ban. Therefore we can in most cases see if it was just bad luck or a bad attempt.

for the patch...its just not supported on uthgard yet, look around these forums for some other support about how to roll your patch back to 1.107
