No. He has to talk to you, unless you did the quest earlier.
Please check your questlog with /quest.

Didnt know there is the way to see done Quests.

I seem to be stuck on Culmination (Mid). I am not able to proceed to step 2 of the quest. From what I read on Allakhazam, it states that I should receive a pop-up directing me to speak to Master Briedi when I get in range of the camp. This is not happening, and I am unable to interact with him at all.

Also, on a side note, I was able to complete all the quests listed in the first post through level 5 except for Mauler Invasion for Midgard. I was never offered this quest from Viking Kreimhilde in Mularn.

This is one of the old style quests, hard to support or to tell what might be wrong. Can't tell when the reworked/new version of that quest will be active, though.

Can confirm that that quest is not given out. Since this is an old style quest too, I'll need information from a developer as to why that is the case.

edit: That quest is currently deactivated, I removed it from the list.

Should be quite complete, yes. I have used a previous internal list and added a few quests, but didn't check all of them. If a quest is missing on the list or not given out, just tell us.
