Hi all,

Been playing Uth for a week or so and I've run into some issues, please help!

First, when I launch portal it gives me the option to "Start" the auto-update. However, when I hit start it says:

Access to the path 'C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\DAoCPortal\update.changelog.txt' is denied. - You may need to give DAoCPortal administrator rights to allow auto update.

I'm not sure what that means? My windows profile is an administrator.

Next, when I launch the mod manager to install the classic mod, I get the message:

Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue. the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Access to the path 'mods/' is denied.

What the heck does that mean? When I hit continue, nothing shows up, even though I downloaded the classic mod .dmm file.

Finally, when I go to client settings and try to change the Expansion in the drop-down menu, it wont stay selected on labrynth and when I click "Patch!" i get a huge error message that says something like "Access to the path is denied"

Can anyone please help me? A million thank you's!

right click the portal icon and choose run as adminitrator
