So I've been playing Uth for about 2 and a half months now, but since about a week ago I am unable to play. I can log into the game but after about 5-10 seconds of playing the game, and my entire computer freezes and I have to restart my comp. I can't think of anything i did, installed or changed. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled with no luck. Any thoughts?

Updated drivers?
updated directX?

Difficult to say... could be everything.... thermal problem, driver issue,...

what i would do:

- run a different game. Try i game that needs resources (to heat up the System). At best, a directX8 Game (daoc is directx8, isn't it? )

* If your System crashes again, it could be driver/OS/something_like_that OR a hardware problem

- copy DAoC-Installation to another System (another PC/Laptop/whatever) to test it (Don't know, how you re-installed Daoc, maybe there is something wrong)


Well, i know all that wont solve your problem, but a freezed System could be the result of various problems. Do some tests to encircle the problem.
