I did the epic 4 quest a couple days ago. i dinged 41 and now have to do it again. (i lost credit even though i already completed it once) ok, no problem, it's not hard. however, i come to kill Captain Taff (east of swanton keep) and he's no longer here.

anyone else having/had this problems?
