Change in Immunity Timers with Old RA/1.69 ?

I dont want to get just parts of this issue by posts in nearly every thread concerning Old RA's, instead i'd like to see it stated in a thread for its own:

Should this mean slam wont have an immunity timer/less immunity/more immunity?

And what about other CC timers then?

he is refering to minstrel stun

magic stuns= 1min immunity

melee stuns = duration*5 immunity
