Journal - task name undefined! - new quest doesnt show up

So I got to level 25 last night and went to my trainer today and he said I got my level 25 merc quest. I got into my journal and all I see is
Tasks [task name undefined!] Task description undefined!.

I cant remove the above quest either.

Player name is Dily if the gms want to take a peak

Thats just the message that is shown when you get your armor present from your city-trainer.

Ok so there is no level 25 epic quest? just an item...gotcha thanks!
