cant get on ned help please

ok dowloaded doac, patched up to latest version. i logged on made my char i hit play the loading screen comes up. at the end of the loading bar camelot closes. and thats it. i can get on other free shards but not uthgard..

please help me[/code]

does it crash or does it come up with an error? (top left corner)
