Character gone

Hi, I made a Healer on 7/5/09 and didn't get very far, maybe to level 8 or so (guess). I decided I wanted to pick up playing Uthgard again, I logged in and I had no characters. Why is this? Yes I made sure the account info was the same, I checked the email I had received before.

to ensure your acc and its character stays you must have a lvl 10+ toon or a crafter |

Wow, and there's no way to retrieve the character?
I know that a <10 character isn't super important but it still takes time to get that far, and if it's Uthgard's policy to delete characters then I guess I'll rethink my decision to start back up here. |

And now even though the character doesn't exist, it won't let me use his name again (duplicate name).
Sigh. |

Are you sure, you used the correct account name ?
According to the herald there is a level 7 healer named Reiker: http://herald.uthgard-server.net/herald ... eiker&c=Go |

Hm, will have to figure it out. I only remember creating one account, and that account is the only one I have an email about.

Forum account and ingame account are independant from each other.
A new ingame account will automatically be created when you login with an account name that isn't alreasy used. |

Well normally not!!!! The account gets deleted after a long time: if there is no character over lvl 10 on it or no crafter over skill XXX |
