so strangest thing ever... i didnt autotrain stealth, i had keep climb in braemar, was the whole idea of my sb which i took to 50 after i rank out of brae anyway...

i have respecced him full many times over and i never got the autotrain points. today i did a fuull respec and i suddenly have fully autotrained stealth as if i autotrained all the way to 48. is this a new feature or just a bug?

do you have:

3176 spec points (no AT)

or

3253 spec points (full AT)

or somewhere in between?
and how many lvls did you AT?

i didnt autotrain any points, but when i hit a full respec my stealth didnt drop to 1, it only dropped to 13. it always dropped to 1 with my last couple full respecs. i got back 3176 points to spend but i only had to spec up from 13 stealth instead of 1 this time so its the same as having the full bonus points, i was able to go to 42 left axe when my spec planner only said i could go to 40.

it should be stuck at 12.. however you should have those 12 points less than one who had ATed (77 spec points)

normally on AT classes your AT skills get stuck at 12 when you respec out of them.. that is why classes who has an AT skill but doesn't at and decides to switch specs can actually "loose" spec points

example:

reaver specs flex while leveling

at 50 reaver decides to try out slash

reaver respecs

reaver now has 12 points stuck in flex which basically means he will have 77 points less than a reaver who had ATed and still have 12 useless points in flex

You're misunderstanding him Nixian. He never did the work to earn autotrain points and he didn't have them. Recently he respecced and he got them for free as if he had always had them.

Sounds like a bug to me.

Nixian did not misunderstand him.
Nixian said what he has to look at to make sure he really got AT points or is just fooled by the AT system.

AT lvl 48 (up to 50) your AT lines have at least 12 (or more if you specced them) and they wont ever fall below (11 or less) even you respecc.

So, the points to raise these lines to 12 are stuck there forever:

- If you got the points with by autotraining these lines-> You got FREE skill points and they are stuck there.

- If you specced by yourself -> your own points are in these line(s) and you'll never get them back.

Example:AT lvl 48 (up to 50) your AT lines have at least 12 (or more if your specced them) and they wont ever fall below (11 or less) even with respecc.

- If you specced by yourself -> your own points are in these line(s) and you'll never get them back.

Example:

you specced 5 in your AT lines before you reach lvl 20. Now you can still autotrain to lvl 48. But you will only recive 63 free points, instead of 77. (2+3+4+5= 14 points to get to skill lvl 5).

Thats how i understand AT.

If you speced points in at line before finish at. Autotrain will finish, you will not get new free points.
