having patch problems

i am getting a error when patching that it says something is corupted and the remote server.. after i install the daoc sewtup insatall then patch it gives me that at the end of the patch.. and i re and uninstalled 20 times cant get around it.. can someone help me

this is what it says
the patch client encountrered a corruption file base/unpacked/31bf63ca49b7e4a5 on the remote server please try the patch generation again

does this happen with a fresh install ? or trying to patch an existing client?
