Hey all, so I am really not used to useing Alt+#s, I really prefer Shift+#s. Like in most MMOs I use 2 hotkey bars, the main one which is 1-9 then a second that is Shift 1-9. It looks like in this game that 2nd bar is Alt 1-9.

Im wondering, is there any file I can edit, or some way to keybind my Alt 1-9 keys, to Shift 1-9 keys?

Just use the 3rd Bar instead of the 2nd?

The 3rd bar is ctrl. He wants Shift. I never heard of anyone using the shift key myself.

I don't believe this can be done with DAoC. The keyboard customization you see in the options menu is pretty much the one you get.

I'm a Dvorak typist and I find it quite annoying that I can't change the key used to type a slash command. I have to use my 'z' (the slash in QWERTY). One of these days I may have to rip open a cheap keyboard and hardwire it for Dvorak for myself so that the huge amount of games in the world that don't support my layout cease to be so annoying.

I was hoping / thinking their might be a file somewhere that I can edit just to change every key that has alt+#, to shift+#...but I cant find it =/ Ughhh
