How many useful dot reproc weapons with heat or energy proc do in hib exist? I dont know any. I speak about armor reprocs because there are items and this will be a "nerf" for dw/cd classes. Because they hit more often than slow 2hand users. |

It's true that there may be no good heat or energy dot 1hand weapons on Uthgard. If so then I apologize.
