I'm currently level 46.

After using the Shining Sheeroe Leggings (level 50) for an hour or so, the condition of the item consistently goes down to the mid 70% range while the rest of my amor (that is also OJ), remains at or above 97% condition.

When I repair my armor, the durability of the leggings never drops more than 2-3%.

I'm unsure if this is just a display issue, or the condition is actually being affected by it.

Yes, I am aware that higher condition items lose con at a more rapid rate. However, it wouldn't make sense that only this item consistently plummets in condition, while the other equal level armor maintain theirs. I've xp'd with it several times, and each time this one loses condition faster than every other item.
