Hello, I made a character and achieved level 4. The character's name is Shinee. The password is one I use all the time so I didn't forget it.

What can I do to access the account?

I tried filling in the account recovery, filled in all the lines but when I hit submit, all the lines clear and red text says fill in all the lines.... Is that normal?

I guess as a result of the attempts to log in the one account, now my main account is banned as well?


Or alre all sub accounts that I make be banned as well? How can this problem be reversed?

I read the banned for no reasons as well. This was more than 7 hours ago.

Oh, monkey. Now it has let me in. (5 minuetes later.) I'm a bit confused....and a little concerned about future unintentional bannings....

No, it's not lost. But since we usually have a few days of backlog on the recovery requests, I guess it would be easier to start a new char, unless you want to save the name.

There was no succesful submit of a recovery request from your IP yesterday or today.

Thank you Ezek.. And yes, it isn't really an issue of saving a level 4 character as it is saving the name. It was an account that was intended for my daughter (11yrs,) and she is somewhat attatched to that name.

I am not sure that it is possible for me to submit the request as I have tried serveral times and the screen just clears out for me.

I will consider it a loss.

BTW, I think what you guys have here on Uthgard is everything that DAOC should have developed into. Everytime I log in it is not the nostalgia for that wears off quickly, but you have managed to recapture and reproduce what made DAOC a uniqie and special game in the first place.

I am curious to know if you maybe still having issues with the Account recovery and possible if it has been send out for about two days ago, could it be that many of the GM administrators and developers maybe busy and has a large volume of people making request?

If so I like to know so that I can expect to understand to be patience to wait on my issues to be handle when the time is right or available and how long should I consider to wait before i can contact any of the Supporters to help with the problem and receive any kind of answer.
