Banned or Incorrect Password Troubles

I've just now created my 'diabelos' account on this site to be able to post here. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well...I'm having a heck of a time trying to get this to work properly. I created my initial account 'Diabelos' and was able to logon fine the first time. I then changed a few UI options (e.g.: windowed mode, etc..) then logged out in order for the changes to take effect. When I tried to log back in, I get a 'Service Not Available.' message. I then noticed that the client was complaining about an incorrect password during the load phase. Hmmm, strange I thought...since I can log into the forums just fine as 'Diabelos'. So, I figured, I will try to create a new account (this one, 'Anonincali'). Ok, all went fine and I was able to logon and create a new character. Sweet I thought, now just to change some video options and restart. Ok, did that....but now the client reports 'Your account is banned from this server type.' and the lovely 'Service not available.' message... Something is wrong here, but I have no clue as to what. Any help is much appreciated.

note: I am logging onto Uthegard

Forgot your pass/acc? Account Recovery
All accounts banned and no reason? IP Ban after failed logins

Well, I did already read that article and it doesn't really seem to fit, as I know the password is correct for diabelos and anonincali. There seems to be something more serious as the root cause. I have requested an account recovery for now, perhaps that will correct the matter. We'll have to see I suppose ;)

Thanks for the feedback. We'll see where the account recovery mechanism gets us.

I have the same problem my self with just one of the accounts.

account recovery mechanism hope it can be resolve but I also know that that we had to assign or sign up the account with your email, and if so then I am screwed because I have tried with other accounts and for some reason I had problems with it.

Been with this server for almost 2 years now and I would hope this can be resolved and I do understand the difficulty it can be with many request by many at once.

They have assigned a ticket number which I received and did a /callgm to be sure that I exist.
