I logged in game with character and when i tried log out as usually using slash command /q, at first i saw -200sec timer to log out. Here is screenshot

So i stand up to cancel quit, moved a bit, wait about half minute and tried log out again. I saw proper quit game timer,but nothing happened after over 30 seconds. I turned off game client in windows task manager and now i have problem with log in. I still see message on this screenshot:

It continues over 10 minutes.
Not depends if i try log in through daocportal "freeshards" window or through "favorite server" window.
Have i blocked my account or what happened? Plz help me.

Don't worry, this is temporary, the server just froze.
You can quit using the taskmanager (ctrl+alt+del) to kill game.dll
