I have the same problem, i got no lags or network problems on any other internet activity (even other online games), nor do i have problem on live with zergs, but i do receive lags on uthgard due to the connection...

Anyone that can help me out so i can fix this?

I used Visualroute program and it seems i'm losing connection in Frankfurt, in prime time it seems as 40% of the connection... x////

How oddly i never did experience this problems until server was moved few moths ago, i never did lag in Agramon... x((((

I have been getting bad packet loss, was getting red that was affecting my RvR in off peak times, about 290 on right now. Ventrilo, web browser, etc unaffected.

I am on the west coast of the USA in California with Comcast cable using OpenDNS as my DNS servers.
