Resist rates in PVP for casters

Hi everyone. I am curious about resist rates in pvp on this server for casters. Ive read some threads of old that seemed to implicate there were problems before (that were fixed)... but still something seems a little off. In bg rvr, I have experienced some fairly extreme resisted spell streaks when trying to nuke down enemies of yellow con, and I do have to ask... how are the resist rates (streaks) calculated on this server in pvp (assuming yellow con)? (mind you on all my casters I have mof 2 as well and that doesnt seem to make things much better.
I have even read in other threads that caster dps is not reliable in lvl 50 rvr because of these odd streaks (and the fact that casters are very flismy too, but thats another topic). I understand that a caster should have a certain %chance to miss with each cast, but something exists in the coding that is not spreading those resists out over a more reasonable period of time. How does the resist mechanic work for pvp on this server? |

PvP resistrates only depend on your spell level compared to target level. Nothing else. Its 15% when spell = target level. If you really test it you will see nothing of your current observations.
Please see the numerous other threads for reference (sorry most of them are german). Out of interest: Which spell level you was using and what was the target level? It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.
Every bug gets fixed. Sooner or later.
