Horses have been in the war zone in all the PvP servers, and if u were hit by riding a route horse you would get hit x2 DMG like when u sit , but u would not fall down.

Whats the point with making a custom change if while you are on a horse players stay at certain points and kill you cause 1 dmg spell makes you fall, should be changed to just taking 2 X dmg but not falling in my opinion like it was on live.
On Camlann we used to PA players coming down from Camelot, and until they reached Cotswold they would have died from the dot ticks :)

This weirdo is right. Players should not fall off horses when hit. I can confirm this has been the case on PvP servers.
