I've been trying to complete this quest http://camelot.allakhazam.com/quests.html?cquest=2069 for a few hours. I've seen other players trigger the high lady while I was running around the little area described, but I can't seem to find any spot that gives a prompt, or that the necklace works in.

I've tried following the quest dialogue very closely, running to each described landmark in order, /use the necklace with it equipped at the proper /loc. I killed a few mobs and leveled to 3, but noticed only level 2 players were completing the quest. So I then re-rolled a character just to run through the few prior quests in case I missed something and repeated trying to find the spot for another hour or so . My character was level 2 to start the quest and is still level 2.

There is one difference I notice, it's that I recieved a Necklace of the Doppleganger in game, while alla's has it named Necklace of the Askefruer.

The quest and rewards seem trivial but I've never played DAoC before and would like to know what I'm doing wrong.
