I have recently been playing on another free shard as well (using a diff un/pw). My question is that when I switch back and forth from one server to the next my quick bars are screwed up and I have to redo them all. Is there a way I can keep from having to do this? I know one answer is to have two daoc installations (one for each server) but I play on a laptop with a relatively small hard drive and was wondering if anyone else knew another fix.

afaik there is a file inside the EA folder somewhere you can copy paste and swap back and forth to keep bars etc the same

Make a separate DAoC folder for every shard or at least separate Uthgard folder. We use different ID's and order of skills/spells. Or simply use other char names.
It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

There is a file that is stored on your computer, that is incharge of UI placement, icon setup on the qbar and other settings. Each time you log in with a char, not account name, but char. It places a .ini in charge of those settings. Example my char Zoinks, has a .ini incharge of my settings called Zoinks-12.ini and if i played on another server using zoinks as a char name, and it ends with the same -12 it will use that same file and just write new info into it that screws you up, when going between servers. So what you need to do is back up your file before connecting to another server. These files are located in.

C:\Users\[Win_User_Acc]\AppData\Roaming\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\LotM( or what ever client your running)

In there youl find the .ini's and .ign. Dont worry about the .ign, only make back ups of your .ini of the char name you play on both servers.

I hope that helps.
