when I start up the portal, program starts but does not connect. I load the local serverlist and connect that way. Game starts but does not finish loading, giving me an error "Service not available. Hit ESC to exit game."
tried rebooting and the server is up so idk.  |

Check your firewall settings.

I use outpost firewall but I turned it off because I've been using rocketdock and my firewall doesn't set in the quicklaunch bar right. So my firewall is not running and windows firewall is off, I am behind a network router with a hardware firewall so I usually don't run a software firewall.

daocportal.com forum has no support on this at all.
I'm not going through this. I think it's fairly certain I won't receive any support from them on this and their very rare responses are quite vague and annoying. I'm not that into this all that much to go through the hassle. Cya. Game is uninstalled. |

Why you dont try doll loader?

sorry we couldn't help you on this, but if you had given us a bit more time and troubleshooting with us we could most likely have found the problem
when facing problems like these everyone, please be a bit cool and have the time to let us run through the "normal" issues (usually that is where the issues are) |

This is happening to me atm, sometimes i manage to load in , but am met with more or less instant disconnection , never happened before in the year i have played so far

i managed to log in for a short while and the lag is unbearable. up to 15000-20000 ms.
