I currently just started on this freeshard server and recently got my character to lvl 9, Now i try logging in and it says my account has been banned? I just started and im almost positive i didnt do anything to get banned because i kept to myself, execpt for a friend of mine who gave me quite a bit of gold/gear witch is why im wondering why it got banned if anyone could assist me it would be greatly appreciated, TY.

Your accountname is not on the banlist which means it has not been banned. However it may be that the IP you are connecting from has been banned.

That may be the case because you used a wrong password for five times in a row (resulting in a one hour time ban for your current IP).
I may also be that your current IP has been banned for another reason. That i can't tell you because i don't know the circumstances.

If you continuesly can't enter the game, please make a new account and use the /appeal function to get ingame help.

Used you your banned account´s password in other freeshards? If yes is the same problem that had some players last week.
