problems when changing signature

I modify my signature from > PROFILE and press submit afterwards, page goes blank and if i go again to signature its unchaged, why?
I had to write YES 4 times one after another to that stupid question so i can finally change it. jesuse! PS spent like 30 min to do it.. Last edited by Glacius on Jan 18, 2010 14:51, edited 1 time in total.

When that white page comes up, try scrolling down to the bottom. You should see a box that you type a confirmation number into.
