So I loged on today and my characters are gone. Is there a way to figure out how they disappared, or who do I direct my next E-mail to?

Login, make a /callgm and tell us your problem ingame. Then we will check your chars.

i guess you accidently created a new account by typing in a wrong/different login, since you don`t have to register an account, but can just create one by typing in a non-existant accountname.

You may check this in the Player search in the Uthgard Herald. Just search for your toons there, if you can find them, you did as Gemma thought.. In this case, make /callgm (maybe you have to try several times, we can´t be on 24/7 ^^) |
