I remember hearing from someone that using two of the same item will lower the total bonus you get from them, or something like that.
Is this true, and how does it work? |

Nonsense. You can use two bracers or two rings of the same kind without any penalties.

True, there is no penalty.

remotely connected: putting the same bonus twice on one spellcrafted item will not work (e.g. +3% slash resist, +5% slash resist).
