I am stuck on the following step:

Symbol of the Broken (Level 50 Academy Epic)
[Step #2] Return to Ferowl for your reward!

Once I talk to him and click on [fulfill] he asks if I found anything by the fallen tower, but there is nothing in my inventory to hand in.

U lost the "pouch" item or ur inv was full when u finished the last step.
Maybe u can retry it removing the quest first.
